Restrooms at Winget Park
We contacted the park about the facilities and have been advised the Porta Jons will be cleaned asap and they expect the water issue will be corrected soon. Please stop before coming to the park just in case it is still not working or clean.

Thanks for supporting the NL Spartans Family & Friends Pink Out game this weekend! Your team spirit energized the stadium, and the day would not have been the same without you!
Our service initiative this season is a donation of the proceeds from Pink Out Game programs to the family of the late Chiara Hankerson-Roberts (mom of a Spartans student-athlete), who we lost last year after her battle with breast cancer. Programs include team photos, ads of Spartan-owned businesses, and more!
Remaining programs will be available during practice for $5/each. See Tia Taylor (10U mom).

10/30 - TRUNK OR TREAT

It’s almost spooky season! 👻
We’re hosting our Team Trunk or Treat on Thursday, October 30 (the Thursday before Halloween), right after practice in the parking lot in front of the shelter area.
What we need:
• 10 cars to host decorated trunks (family-friendly themes, please)
• Candy donations from the whole organization starting Thursday, October 2.
Host a trunk?
Arrive by 5:30 PM on the 30th to park and set up. The event runs until 8:15 PM. Practice will end 15 minutes before 8:00.
Guidelines:
• Factory-sealed, individually wrapped candy only
• Consider allergy-friendly options (no nuts if possible)
• No open flames; keep it fun, not too spooky for our littlest Spartans

GAME DAY REMINDERS
Note: Pink-related adjustments are ok during October.
Football: helmets, shoulder pads, padded pants, gray "Standing on Business" t-shirts (or solid team color), game jersey, game pants, socks, cleats, and mouthpieces (Note: For the undershirt and socks... any solid team color - gray, navy blue, white, black)
Cheer: shell tops, skirts, spanks, white sneakers, white cheer ankle socks, and silver hair bows
Eat lightly, hydrate well, take a restroom break upon arrival, notify team managers of any updates in your status, and arrive by the required check-in time for your team.
All spectators must remain in the stands. Do not come onto the tracks or sidelines. Thank you in advance for adhering to this sportsmanship requirement.

Practice Reminders
Football:

Wear all equipment to every practice (padded pants, practice jerseys, helmets, shoulder pads, football cleats, and mouthpieces).

Keep several mouthpieces on hand throughout the season.
Cheer:

Wear shorts, a t-shirt, and sneakers to every practice (no jeans, Crocs, or sandals).

Hydrate well before practice.
Practice field: Spectators should remain off the practice field. Please sit on the bleachers or set up chairs along the outside perimeter of the field.
Playing time is EARNED. Please keep this in mind throughout the season.

About Us
Our mission is to inspire youth to rise to the Next Level as they develop into future leaders, both on and off the field. We serve student-athletes, ages 5-12, from Steele Creek, South Charlotte, Tega Cay, Fort Mill, and the surrounding area. Our coaches have more than 20 years of coaching experience in youth, high school, and collegiate athletics.
